Celebrating Christmas Authentically and Knowing the Backstory
As December approaches and the noise of distraction gets louder, can we separate the December tension from what our Redeemer is calling us back to? And what is that? It's an authentic Christmas season that calls us to be creative and give relationally as God gave his son to us at Christmas.
Join us Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the church. Dawn Bissenger will help us celebrate Christmas authentically and understand the roots of this holiday. Contact Jennifer Cooper with questions.
Trunk or Treat
This is a free event at the church parking lot. There are ways to help and opportunities to volunteer. Please contact Kristan Hayward or the front office for more information
Martha's House Outreach
On Sunday, October 25th from 3:30 pm to 5 pm, we will be getting together to collect items to furnish a room for Martha's House. We have created a gift registry to help you shop and to guide you in terms of colors and items needed. We want whatever family lives in this room to feel the items were picked with love and care.
You can find the Registry by clicking here.
Martha's House is a transitional family shelter that provides temporary housing for homeless families, with the goal of assisting the residents into permanent traditional housing. Martha's House provides a safe secure living environment for a 3 to 6 month period.
Each family that completes the Martha’s house program receives their home starter items to take to their new home.
